MEET OUR TRAINER
Randy Standley is CEO of Absolute Power Fitness. Randy has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and has an immense knowledge of fitness and training that can only be gained thru years of hands on experience in the ever-changing fitness industry.
Randy has ran his own personal training business and provided knowledge and guidance to people of all levels of fitness He is CPR and AED certified. Prior to moving to Georgia He served in the United States Army as A 12B which has helped develop leadership and team building skills as well as the ability to handle any situation calmly no matter the situation.
Randy is certified by ACE as a certified personal trainer. He also has a vast knowledge of all things fitness related from bodybuilding all the way to peak athlete performance he also is very knowledgeable in health and nutrition.
